At least 15 people, of which 14 women, a car bomb, were killed by a vehicle transporting agricultural workers in the northern Syria.
According to the Syrian Civil Protection Agency, another 15 women were injured on the edge of Manbij, east of Aleppo, also known as white helmets.
He claimed that some of the injured were critical and warned that the number of deaths could rise.
The bombing was not immediately set up from a single armed group, which was the most deadly, as the rebel forces overturned President Bashar al-Assad in December.
It was the second car bomb in Manbij in just three days.
On Saturday, there were two children and one woman between four people who had exploded on the city center street, said Syrian civil defense.
A Syrian Human Rights Observatory, the UK observation group, reported that the blast was near a military position and killed nine people, including several Turkish warriors.
Since the collapse of the Assad regime, Manbij and its surrounding area have experienced intense clashes between the Turkish-sponsored Syrian National Army (SNA) factions and the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) supported by the United States.
The SNA has launched an attack to arrest the area west of the Euphrates, which has been held by the SDF since the Jihadist Group (IS) exited in 2016.
The SNA took control of Manbij on December 9, after the warriors of the Manbij military council, who was linked to the SDF, retreated. But since then the SDF has been counter -attack.
