The International Boxing Association (IBA) is proud to be the only international federation committed to protecting athletes worldwide and maintaining the integrity of women’s sport. Donald Trump, President of the United States, proves “the exclusion of men from women’s sport” that IBA stood firmly and legally protected female boxers from unfair competition.

In 2022 and 2023, in the light of gender eligibility issues related to boxers, IBA performed all necessary testing and later banned individuals who are not considered to participate in women’s competition. In spite of notifying the IOC -Ta exclusion Imane khanlif And Lin Yu-Ting, the IOC ignored this critical information, allowing both athletes to compete in the qualifiers and eventually at the 2024 Olympics, where they won a gold medal, denying the deserved opportunities of female athletes.

As a result, IBA will submit an official complaint to the Swiss Attorney General, Mr Stefan Blätter, about the actions of the IOC, which made it easier to participate in these non -eligible athletes at the Paris 2024 Olympic Boxing Competition. According to the Swiss law, any action or inaction that posed a security risk to the participants of the competition justifies investigations and justifies criminal proceedings. In addition, similar complaints should be submitted to the Advocate of French and the United States.

“Performing President Trump to ban transgender athletes from female sport confirms IBA’s efforts to protect the integrity of women’s sport,” said Umar Kremlev. President of IBA. “The purpose of our activities is to ensure gender equality in the boxing. We call on other international federations to follow the example of IBA because we are in a unique position to deal with the issue and to support the rights of athletes.

President Kremlev also encouraged the IOC’s decision to compete in Khelif and Lin at the Paris 2024 Qualification Competition or Olympic Boxing Events, IOC President Thomas Bach, Sports McConnell sports director and appropriate teams.

“IBA will provide our boxers with free legal support in these lawsuits, as this is a clear violation of human rights, outrage for female boxers, and simply a crime that needs to be punished accordingly. In my personal opinion, Thomas Bach should take full responsibility for him, as he was responsible for when it happened and compensate for the reason for TheDamages if the court or other case regulates it, ”said President Kremlev.

For the future, IBA will ensure strict measures at the upcoming Niš Boxing Championship to maintain the integrity of competitions, with particular reference to gender eligibility. This initiative emphasizes IBA’s commitment to provide all athletes with a fair and fair sports environment.
