Meta CTO, Andrew Bosworth has the choice of election for Meta employees that the latest policy of the technology giant is disappointed: they can leave it freely, Reported by the business insider.
The report causes an internal chat, where an employee criticized the META -TA DEI programs and allegedly muttered intercourse, among other things.
Bosworth replied that every employee who thinks he was okay for the media must “consider elsewhere” because of political disagreements.
An employee followed the mistake that the leaks were not the answer and that meta workers felt disrespectful. (Meta has started layoffs this week for what is contradictory Called “low performers”.)
Bosworth replied, “If you feel that way, stop me to think so.”
The tense conversation reflects a certain degree of internal disturbance of META as it has made significant political changes, from suppressing Dei efforts to relax the moderation requirements.
Meta did not respond immediately to the comment.
