In the first pre-launch of David Benavidez VS David Morrell’s event card, the Mayweather Promotions Blue-Chip Prospect Curmel “Big Deal” Moton was stopped by Frank Zaldivar (5-2, 3 Aries) in the third round.
In the match, designed for eight rounds, 18 -year -old Phenom Curmel Moton showed enormous talents in a short time. Moton showed aggression, speed, energy, technique, work amount, accuracy and puncture.
After contacting a few rigid beats, Curmel Moton shot shots at the opponent’s head and body. Moton controlled most of the first round, but Zaldivar closed the round, pressed forward and connected with a few strong left hooks.
In the second round, Zaldivar continued to put pressure and caught him with a hard left hook. Moton switched the offensive attack from upstairs to the ground floor when he transported the combinations several times to Zaldivar’s body.
In the second round, 45 seconds remained, and Moton landed a large left hook that apparently violated Zaldivar. At the beginning of Round 3, Moton touched Zaldivar with JAB several times, then Moton David launched a Benavidez-style combination on his opponent’s head and body.
In the middle of the third round, Curmel Moton and Frank Zaldivar were in their pockets and replaced footage. Moton delivered a sharp three -hole combination that forced Zaldivar to the ropes. Moton was in attack mode when he shot several shots that were able to penetrate Zaldivar’s tall guard.
The referee Harvey Dock observed how criminal Zaldivar was but did not shoot his own shots. Dock was ready to stop the fight, but gave Zaldivar a final warning when he said, “You have to show me something.”
28 -year -old Frank Zaldivar did not respond to the referee’s warning, while he was still hit by solid shots. When the referee noticed that Zaldivar still did not generate a crime, he decided to enter and stop the race.
With the victory, Curmel Moton (7-0, 6 Aries) officially launched its 2025 campaign. Moton’s expectation is to continue to develop your abilities by presenting a total of four to five ring performances this year.
