A teacher was deadly stabbing an eight-year-old girl at a South Korean elementary school during an event that shocked the nation.
The female teacher in her 40s admitted that she was stabbing the student in the central city of Dajeon.
The girl was found with wounds on the second floor of a school building, local time (09:00 GMT), on Monday, and declared dead in the hospital. The teacher was beside him with stab wounds that, according to the police, could cause himself.
On Tuesday, South Korea, executive chairman of Choi Shang-Mok, ordered the case to investigate the case and urged the authorities to “take the necessary measures to ensure that such events would never be reached again”.
Some locals laid flowers and stuffed babies at the school gate, which was closed on Tuesday.
The teacher asked for a six-month absence on December 9, but returned to school only 20 days later after a doctor went to work, said the Dajeon Education Office.
According to the authorities, he was not in contact with the student.
A few days before the stabbing, the teacher introduced violent behavior, including another teacher into the vagina.
Two officials at the Education Office went to school on Monday, the morning in the morning to investigate this meeting.
The student was missing Monday night after the bus driver informed the school that he had not arrived to be admitted that day.
The police also said that the teacher would continue to be interrogated after recovering from his surgery.
After an attack on the staff, the Education Office suggested that the teacher take freedom and physically separate from the other teacher.
He was made to sit next to the vice president’s desk to stay closely guarded.
He has not taught any lesson since the December leave and was not in contact with the eight-year-old student, the official said.
South Korea is usually a safe country with strict arms crontrol laws. But in recent years, he has been in several senior crimes, including stabbing.
“It hurts to see such an event because the school has to be the safest place,” said President Choi. “I recommend deep condolences to the victim’s family, who suffered a great shock and pain.”
