The US Foreign Aid Agency saw that its staff has fallen from about 10,000 to less worldwide, as the Trump administration has made significant reductions for government spending.
With the exception of a handful of basic staff, it will be on Friday at midnight, including thousands of foreign -based administrative leave. According to an online notification, a plan is being prepared for return travel and terminating non -basic entrepreneurs.
A trade union representing one of the employees, which is involved in the legal challenge of the plan, told CBS News, a BBC partner, that only 294 employees were considered essential.
The reduction of Trump to USAID, supported by Elon Musk’s cost -reducing consultant, has raised the global aid system and hundreds of programs have already been frozen in the world.

“The United States is not involved in foreign aid,” said America’s most important diplomat. “It’s not.
“We will continue to support abroad and involve the programs, but it must be programs that can be protected.”
“There must be programs that we can explain. There must be programs that we can prove. Otherwise, we endanger foreign aid.”
